Active – When a Product is Active, development work continues in accordance with the stated SLA tier. Technical support is also available while in Active status.
End of Development – Upon reaching the End of Development date, only Critical issues will be addressed. No new features or lower Priority work will be completed. Technical support continues to be available.
End of Life - All work stops on the Product at the End of Life date. No identified issues will be addressed and there will be no SLA in place for issues. Technical support continues to be available for investigations, troubleshooting, and identfying workarounds.
End of Support - Technical support for the identified Product ends.
